The staff were very helpful and were honest about the fact that they were busy -always a good sign - and said there would be a waiting time, which was preferable to being told that it would be done in half an hour and still waiting two hours later !! This gave me the option of going home and they said they would ring when my car was ready which they did. I was made to feel that my custom was appreciated and nothing was too much trouble for them.”
